Position Description
Planning Activities
  • Develops, plans and manages the hotel content calendar to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Thinks strategically about the hotel businesses to develop targeted plans for both brand and tactical objectives that can be measured, monitoring effectiveness and adjusting strategies as appropriate.
  • Monitors competitors activities.

Marketing Communications
  • Ensures that a coherent brand message is delivered across all hotel communications and channels, and hotels are fully compliant with brand standards.
  • Works with Area Marketing team to implement brand compliant hotel collateral, merchandise, sales tools and local advertising.
  • Develops new hotel promotions and initiatives for the local market.

E-commerce (brand website/3d parties)
  • Works on constant updates on the brand websites and ensure the hotel websites are kept fully up to date with new offers and content and are kept well maintained.
  • SEM

Content/Social Media
  • Creates professional and motivating content for all relevant channels that reflects the tone of voice and positioning of both the relevant brand and the individual hotel.

Analysis
  • Tracks, measures and reports productivity of specific hotel marketing campaigns and initiatives to establish ROI, brand impact and effectiveness
  • Accurately reports on all activity and incorporates learnings into future activities and business planning process.
Position Requirements and Offer Details
  • Relevant work experience required with strong understanding of content strategies, commercial values, action plans and tools, personal engagement in social media is appreciated (blogs, FB, Vkontakte, Instagram)
  • Fluent English
  • Strong organisational skills and planning abilities
  • Process and results oriented with proven track record of marketing initiatives
  • Team player, but with the ability to show independent initiative and work with autonomy
  • Good analytical skills
  • Web oriented mind
  • Experience in utilizing MS office applications, digital platforms, Photoshop
